Newborn Transition and Neonatal Resuscitation (NTNR) is a training manual that has been adapted by the Limpopo Department of Health/ University of Limpopo from advanced Helping Babies Breath (HBB) to suit Limpopo settings. It is used by health care providers (doctors and advanced midwives) working in maternity and/or neonatal units in district and regional hospitals. NTNR manual is part of LINC's e-learning package and it is currently being used by doctors and midwives in the province.
